Harvest Moon: Story of Seasons

Well, I'm confused now. Apparently there will be two new Harvest Moon titles? One being Story of Seasons and the other The Lost Valley? (Click here)

I'll be happy if one of those has an European release, but I am curious to know what the differences will be between both games!

One is the true Harvest Moon (Story of Seasons [it's not called Harvest Moon]) and one is being developed by Natsume as some form of payback for not being able to localize Seasons to continue to profit.

Hopefully something new comes to the table. All i see in harvest moon right now is repeat after repeat.

Well, we should have some more info soon; I'll be looking forward to it. I've never played a Harvest Moon game before and when I found out about Connect To A New World (which is Story of Seasons in the USA, right?), I figured I'd wait for that to come to Europe (if it ever does, that is). We'll have to wait and see, I guess.

One is the actual Harvest Moon (Story of Season). Its made by Marvelous, the company behind the games.

The other one is Harvest Moon in name only. The developers are different.

If we get two awesome farming/Harvest Moon style games then great! I'd like to see if Natsume can actually make a fun Harvest Moon that they didn't localize.

I have just ordered harvest moon a new beginning. It will be my first harvest moon game so I might need some pointers lol

I've never played a Harvest Moon before but I already wishlisted this one in my amazon. So has an official release date been announced?

It's releases like this that make me regret selling my NA 3DS. We always end up waiting a stupidly long time for HM to come out in Europe.
