oh, i'm sorry let me clarify ;o; i do reservations for close friends;
or small exceptions like:
-you were about to or already posted/claim a villager, but they changed their mind.
-i find someone on another website that is looking for a villager i have, and nobody shows interest here
-you want to trade a villager that i'm looking for
-or if i just feel like being nice or make someone happy
-i'm holding a villager for someone because they accidentally tt them out or want to restart their town

HOWEVER, 80% of the time a villager is first come first serve on this thread.
i can do pm notifications c: i will make a list!~ but i can't guarantee.
