I loaded up my game today and saw not only her birthday but also that she has made her second person wear the canary shirt so far lol (first phoebe and second francine).

Awww, that's cool. XD I'm not a huge fan of Julian but for some reason seeing him there and his cute responses made me actually like/sympathize with him a bit more. Funny how that happens. I think Julians is on the 14th this month too?
