Happi tee kanji

Wondering what it means (May be hiragana or katakana, not sure). I suspect 'happiness' as a play on words. Does anyone here know?

I just looked up what the shirt looks like and I don't see any Kanji written on the shirt.

I just opened up my game and it says 祭 which means festival IIRC.
