The following 10 Spooky DIYs can be obtained from crafting villagers and balloons during October:

The following 4 Spooky DIYs can only be obtained during Halloween.

• table setting (give candy to villagers)
• garland (give candy to villagers)
• carriage (give Jack lollipop)
• wand (give Jack lollipop)

The following items can only be obtained during Halloween:

• Spooky rug (give candy to villagers)
• Spooky flooring (give candy to villagers)
• Spooky wallpaper (give candy to villagers)
• Jack's face (give Jack lollipop)
• Jack's robe (give Jack lollipop)

Other stuff:

• Jack's Poster and the Ring-Con should've been mailed to you since October 1st.
• Pumpkin starts are sold by Leif and the Nooklings.
