I have finally gotten my second copy of ACNL!
So, lets get started!

Rules:
I accept lurking, though only 2 villagers per person!

When a villager being lurked for is planning on moving:
-If only one person is lurking a villager, they have all day
-If two people are lurking a villager, they have 4 hours each to respond
-If three or more people are lurking a villager, they each have 2 hours to respond

When a villager who isn't being lurked for decides to move, they will be up for grabs. If nobody claims within 5 hours, then I will void them.

To reserve:
-I will PM lurkers first when a new villager moves in if they are lurking for them.
-To reserve, simply let me know you'd like to reserve a certain villager
*you can only reserve someone in my town currently!*
-Once reserved, you will be PM'd when they are ready to move. Please respond to these asap.

Prices:
Tier 1: 30 tbt/10k bells

Tier 2: 25 tbt/8k bells
