If you're diving in someone else's town, or someone else dives in yours, does Pascal still give out a piece of pirate furniture for the first scallop of the day? And what if both the host and visitor(s) are diving at the same time? Assuming visitors can give scallops to Pascal, does he give to each diver on first scallop, or only the first to find a scallop?

Throwing my two cents in here, too.
This ^^ would seem like an appropriate guess. I've never tried it myself, but considering most of the specials don't show up during when the gates are open/if there are any visitors, I'm guessing this is correct.
