ha I love cranky villagers

It seems like a sorta unpopular opinion, but crankies are one of my fave personalities. They're just hilarious to me and they give off the impression of being old men, like the kind that would stay inside all day and complain about the government and yell at kids to stop playing on their yard

I've always really liked the cranky personality too! But only on certain villagers. I like Walt being a cranky.. He seems like the cranky-old man type to me xD However it bothers me that Rooney is a cranky (I think that's the name I'm thin king of?), I think he would be suited better as a jock.

I love Crankies too! My favorite one is Octavian, but that's because he was my very first one. I have Croque and I love him too. My favorite female personality is Uchi.

I love how they used to be. Them and snooty villagers were full of rage and I loved it. Peppy were sassy as heck too. Now it's all very... Dumbed down of sorts because people complained they were too mean.

Yeah, the crankies have gone very far down my list because they just changed so much...
I'm really hoping they'll make them like they used to be in the next game, and call the current personalities something else (or just do away with the new 'cranky' personality completely).

Or at least give us the option to have either beginner or classic mode like on story of seasons lol.

That's what I think about cranky villagers too It's kind of endearing like they're the oldies but know they got a soft heart for you. Tbh my cranky villagers sent me the most heart-warming mails ever.

I really liked Kabuki. I just gave him to a friend because his house plot was awful but I was sad to see him leave. I even had a nick name for him haha. I called him Kabs.

I'm gonna replace him with Tom. His character design is cool so he's the best bet and he's a cat and I need a cat.

I love crankies! I think they can be very endearing once you raise their friendship level, and I think their interaction with other villagers are adorable.

They're pretty cool, but I miss their original personality. They're too nice these days. I've got Static and Kabuki in my town, and they're both pretty chill. They don't really get "cranky" often. Static easily gets shy over giving people gifts he bought them, and Kabuki's always inviting me to his house and stuff. lol

I really like snooty villagers, but I think they were funnier in the older AC games :')
