I sell them. Once I did change out the Gyroids in Club LoL but I think from now on, I'm going to keep them and make a museum exhibit featuring all the Gyroids in the game
They add a really nice touch to rooms! If I ever created a character who was into exotic dancing, I might get into collecting them and creating a dance studio. I sell most of them right now.
Hmm I don't really collect any specifically but I do have some gyroids living in some of my character's houses as staff or workers. So the gardening shop that has a blue-ish theme has a blue looking gyroid, the gyroid in the cabin is brown like the wooden furniture, etc (don't know their names). After finding out that you can replace the gyroids in CLUB LOL i'll probably keep some better lookin' ones for it as well.
Since they are unorderable I had to collect them all so all 120 and change live in the Exhibit Rooms of my museum. Three and a half rooms full of gyroids. If I'm thinking of the correct one then Poltergoids are probably my favourite if I had to choose. I also haven't dug any up for months so every time it rains three (or four) more spawn and I'm just leaving them thinking maybe one day someone will want to buy them then quickly dig them all or maybe sell them eventually. Can't decide.
At first I never really cared for them and I even hated when they showed up after it rained because it was a bit of a hassle digging them all up. Now though, I'm gonna start collecting them and then selling them on here to anyone who may want certain ones.
I have a few that I really like and keep in my house.
My favorites are the bowtoid, gargloid, gongoid, & mini squelchoid. They're really cute! Creepy, but cute.
The only ones I've kept are the ones you get from Brewster, the rest of them I sell or just throw away. Some of them are cute but I just don't have much use for them lol
