yes, usually they are towns dedicated to Marshall, but I saw one once dedicated to the cat that looks like Marilyn Munroe and it was slightly unsettling.

I'm racking my brains now trying to remember, I have Olivia in mind but it's a vague memory, hope someone knows which town I'm thinking of.

I saw a dream address that was dedicated to Marshal... which gave me the idea to give my own Marshal his own little "Marshal's Zones" scattered around town

I saw one not completely but somewhat centered arounf Francine and Chrissy. It was cute lol. I like to think dream towns focused on a certain villager are just the villager themself having a cute little dream about everybody liking them
