I couldn't even bring myslef to watch that. So I didn't. But, what kind of SICK, TWISTED, person would do that sort of thing????!!!!! WHAT'S THE WORLD COMING TO?????!!!!!

It is still alive. It did break bones. It was lying on its broken limbs basically. They were dead broken. I'm surprised it survived.

puppies = more, but the dog is obviously still alive, and either

a: going to need some serious medical help
b: going to be left there to die (use your imagination)
c: going to be picked up, and have the drop repeated, abused in another way (note the traffic right behind them) or at best still have to live with the owner.

a: going to need some serious medical help
b: going to be left there to die (use your imagination)
