He flew by my town like three days ago but he was too fast for me to shoot down. I wish he moved as slow as the balloons lol then it would be much easier to get him.

I am pretty sure you don't need anything, just a slingshot to shoot him down with. He flies by in his space ship on random days.

You only need a slingshot and some lots of luck.

I shot him down a couple of days ago. He seems to come at 6 p.m. on random days, because I was playing a couple of hours that day, and he didn't show up till 6 p.m.

Or maybe it is after 6, because it is 7 p.m. in that video.
