I really have no idea if any of you have ever played any of the Growlanser games on the PS2, but apparently there's a new one that came out recently. I love the Growlanser series, but I haven't heard much about the new one. Does anybody know if it's any good, or where I can get a copy of it? I hear it's a pretty limited release...

I guess the complete lack of replies means no one here has heard of Growlanser...
I know a little bit about Growlanser, but I haven't heard anything about a new game. Sorry.
Dang, I love Growlanser... Thanks for replying though, since nobody else did.

The name seems so familiar, but I just can't remember anything about it. I'm not even sure if I've even played it, but I do recognize the game.

But I'll keep my eyes peeled for the words "New", "Growlanser", "Game", and "Oxymoron". (I love that word)

Never heard of it. What's the previous games like?
They are all strategy-rpgs, but they're not turn based. And, they're a bit of a less linear storyline than most strategy-rpgs, and I have been told that there are even ways to fight alternate final bosses. I don't know about that last bit for sure because pretty much everything you do influences how the game progresses and I have no clue what I would need to do or not do in order to reveal an alternate final boss.

Actually, I think it's this one.

Not sure why we're skipping #4 in this country...
I just came back from my local best buy and I saw Heritage of War there. The limited edition comes with an artbook.

I don't know why they are skipping the 4th game here. That would be the second one that hasn't come to America (the first one being the other).

Yeah, actually I heard that they're only releasing the Limited Edition this time...
Thanks for the heads up Infinity, I'll have to head over to my local Best Buy. It's really tiny though, and I don't know that they'll have it.
