Groundhog Day / Setsubun Event help :)

Hi everyone! ^_^

I have the non-NA version (EU I guess ), version of Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and was really hoping to please visit someone's town and let me check out their Groundhog Day celebrations (I'm not one for just buying the holiday item, I like to celebrate it myself, more fun that way ^_^)

I'm pretty low on Bells at the moment, though I have some of the earlier DLC items I could order off my catalog that I could buy for you as payment.

Any help on this would be amazing, thank you so much! *wave*

P.S. I know Setsubun is pretty close too if anyone happens to have a Japan version of AC too, that would help heaps as well, thanks
