Just a heads up, you can only reach to 999,999,999 bells (Or nine hundred, ninety-nine million, nine hundred, ninety-nine thousand, nine hundred, ninety-nine in-game bells). An approximate of 1 Billion bells. Since The Hidden Owl said the green candy collectible is worth 10B in in-game bells, it would be impossible to fulfill that offer.
The best solution is to get a very close friend to buy it for you or to save up for it.
