Grass regrowth trick still works! :)

I did it and still have some brown patches....does it not 100% restore the grass?

To my knowledge, it restores all the grass. Those few brown patches are, from what I have read, what are called "dead spots." All towns have them and grass will not grow there. You can plant flowers, bushes or trees on them to somewhat conceal them. Or put a house on them or a PWP.
