I didn't think she came until I upgraded Timmy and Tommy's store a few times...so I haven't seen her yet. D: Looking forward to it, though. I want to get my hands on some savvy outfits and furniture~
she gave me some furniture (tho I already forgot what type) I want clothing from her ;-;

Gracie will only appear once you have the T.I.Y store. You also have to pass 3 or more of her fashion checks for her to move in to make the Emporium! 
Make sure to wear at least two clothing items of the style/type to pass the fashion check!!!

So did the OP Time Travel/have an early copy or can you really see Gracie with a lower upgrade?

Wow only two clothing items of the same style? That's waaaay easier than the old car washing minigame that I remember from the AC on the gamecube. Thank goodness!
4. And he only appears once you have spent at least 70k in the 3rd store upgrade. You should try to pass the fashion check with more items. Then he'll give you a piece of that season's furniture.
