Gracie: Is there a set time she visits?

Hello everyone! So, I've seen just about everyone in my town square that can come through except for Gracie. I'm trying to get TIY upgraded but I can't without her, so is there some set time she visits or some parameters that I may not be meeting for her to visit? It's making me sad

You have to spend 75,000 bells at TIY first, as well as having open TIY for 31 days, then once a week, on a random day, she will show up.

Wow I didn't know you had to spend over 75k bells either. I was wondering why Gracie wasn't showing up either. Thanks for the info. ><;
