Okay I think I'm prepared with clothes. I'm just wondering. Someone told me that there was a way to pass all four fashion checks once I saw her in my town. I can't remember exactly what she was saying but something about she is scheduled to be there on that day so how can I do this? Do I pass the check then TT a day forward, then back to see her repeatedly?

That method worked for me when I had her in my town for the first time! Works with Redd, too. He'll switch up the artwork. Doesn't work for Katrina, though.
Pass your first check.
Save & quit.
Change the time to 5:59 am of that same day, either thru system settings or Isabelle.
Come out of your house & let the time change to 6 am.
You will come back out of your house.
Get your next theme.
Pass it.
Rinse & repeat.
Works like a charm.
And it does work with Reed also.
