If she's in a town that isn't yours, can you still get a fashion check from her? And will it count towards the mandatory 4 checks for opening the Emporium? Thanks

I don't believe it counts, especially since she specifically says she's seeing if the town she's in is worthy enough for her to open her store. So she's only checking for the town that she's in if that makes sense (I'm falling asleep)

I don't think you can get a fashion check from her. I think I've done somethin like this in the past, she'll just say some random one blurb comment and end the conversation there.
