I was wondering, when does Gracie Grace come into your town?

According to everywhere I've read in the wikis, it's randomly, but some people have more luck than others. I actually had a thread in regarding to finding Gracie [awhile ago] if you want to check there for some potential help.

You also need to buy 70,000 bells worth of stuff from T.I.Y to get Gracie to start appearing for Fashion Checks (to get T&T Emporium you need to buy 100,000 bells worth of stuff from T.I.Y, have had the store open for at least 30 days, and finished all four Fashion Checks). [source]
