Im aiming for a fully natural forest town too, it took me about a day to find a good unusual name i liked, I have town of "Pavette". I am following someone on instagram who named their town a super sweet name, "Pomum" I think its very earthy. One of the locations on Final Fantasy 13 is called "PalumPolum" which is nice too but I dont think it will all fit. Theres also ones like Cocoon, Nautilus...I would suggest to look for a beginning and match it with an ending you like.

In FF 14 there is a beautyful city in the foret named Gridania
Also in Xenoblade Chronicles there is a region named Noctilum

I think both names suit a foresty themed town
