how do I look at who wants to move in?

if you have an open plot one of the villagers in your queue will move in
also if an amiibo says that they're not available right now that can apparently also mean they're in the queue
so not really a quick way to look more like a last resort if she still hasn't shown up after a while and you really want her

Well, if there is a lot of people with time and will to do this, more people get their dreamies, then less demand, then the price go down. That's why Raymond's prices are starting to decline
