I have a Marshal living in my other town Chocolat, He moved there unexpectedly during a plot reset for a random smug, I was looking for O'Hare (I got him now) at the time and I loaded up the game by mistake and found a plot in a bad spot. A spot where I was planning to put a bridge at and the villager turns out to be this dorkguy.

He's house is original, as you can see in the picture and I will try to keep it that way.
His Catchphrase I think is still the same.
He may end up changing his shirt..

He's for free! (Of course)
