Goldeneye Wii Online

Oh. I thought he might have really liked the N64 version so much he wanted the new Wii game too. That is a little weird that he picked Goldeneye over Black Ops since he had never played the N64 game or the movie.

Fallout is a shooting game. Unless you're thinking about the SNES version. Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are more of an FPS game.

you could play it entirely as a first person shooter, but it is meant to be a first person/action RPG.

I say it's a great game. Wouldn't say it's as great as the original, since it was the greatest game for its time. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great FPS, especially on the Wii.The online play is great, lags sometimes though. It was nominated for most addictive Wii game and best story mode.

if you don't usually play FPS games, sure. if you already have an fps game or two, i'd say you could probably pass on it and not miss much.

already been said it feels a lot like call of duty, just a different/goldeneye-themed one.

it got good reviews, and there's people who play it online. meh.
What's an FPS?

you could play the entire game without killing anyone, i'm fairly certain.

whether or not you are in first person, and whether or not you can shoot guns (since at least New Vegas allows you to play in 3rd person, i haven't played 3 personally) doesn't make it any less of an RPG, since that is always present in the game. you can avoid fighting and still finish the game. you cannot escape that it is an RPG.

it is a first person RPG, it is an action RPG, it is not a first person shooter.
end of story.

What's an FPS?
FPS stands for first-person shooter. "First-person" means the action takes place from the eyes of the character.

Then Portal is obviously not an action/puzzle game, but a FPS.

Actually you have to kill some enemies if you want to beat the game. If not, you're gone buddy.

when did i say i was talking about new vegas?

also, in fallout 3 (a quick google search being my source), there's only one mission where you HAVE to kill something. in another one it's hard, but possible.

still, it's not meant to be an FPS. it's a first person RPG. get over it.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/22370/

that would be like calling ratchet and clank an RPG because the weapons level up.
