Golden Net Requirements

I know that you have to catch every bug and then talk to Nat for golden net, right? But I was wondering, do I have to donate them to the museum? It would make my day if anyone could tell me. Thanks!

Not entirely sure. I don't think you have to donate them to the museum. It's best to donate bugs, fish, etc to the museum because you can get exclusive items from the museum. For example, if you donate every single fish and underwater creature (I think), you can purchase the underwater wall.
