My villagers appearing out of nowhere. I would be near my house in my main town and here comes Hazel, Bonbon or whoever out of nowhere. (I don't have villagers living near me there, the closest is Static)

Sometimes my villagers will be standing in one spot (not walking just standing) for the longest.
Walking inside a building usually fixes it.

This was before I got Beau the second time.

I had just recently picked up Beau, and I were gonna get another new villager (don't remember who), so I had to TT someone out. Suddenly, when I passed by where Beau's house usually stood, it was just gone. He hadn't pinged me, he wasn't in boxes, his house was just gone. He didn't even leave me a message telling that he's moving the day after. It was like he never even lived in my town at all.

That was no fun.
