GLITCH WARNING two moving on one day

Okay I have no idea whether this was posted already, tried to search though, but decided to just make this here to warn everyone.

Three days ago Miranda was in boxes, she'd leave the following day. However, I had a campsite villager that I wanted (Phoebe). She would only kick out Lolly, which is okay, I have Lolly's amiibo. So I accepted Phoebe.

But.. Miranda has been 'in boxes' for three days now..? She won't leave.

I wanted to kick out someone else when reinviting Lolly, but should I now kick out Miranda? Anyone have any tips? D:

Oh yikes! I heard that one person could only resolve this by having some else come and ask the villager to move to their island!

So I should find someone who'd want tk adopt Miranda okay okay. None of my friends want her though lol.

Also, will this not cause a glitched villager for whoever adopts her? I'd feel bad if that happened

Having someone else adopt her won't cause any additional issues. This is a known glitch, and having the villager be adopted out is a known way of fixing the glitch.

Another way is by using an Amiibo camper to select the stuck villager to move out again, which refreshes the moving out process. I'm not sure if an RNG camper can select the stuck villager or not.

No they should move in as normal.
