So basically you buy a villager from another person, and you pay them in TBT, but this is a giveaway so there free, and you go to the persons town and if you have room, you invite the villager to move in!

I see, I'd love to reserve Ruby if I can! I know this is also a very noobie question, but how do I go about inviting the villagers, does it always prompt me to invite them when I talk to them? Also what are TBT's? I'm assuming it's like a forum exclusive thing?

Yes, when the villager is in boxes in the persons town, they say how there moving, and if they have space, they will say something like I have nowhere to go, and you can say move to my town, they'll move in 2 or 3 days later! And tbt is the forum currency, you earn it by posting posts, and talking in general, and selling things to
