That's terrible! :O I've also heard you guys only got rain like once this year, like in July. Dang! Snow is fine by me until I have to drive in snow and ice. It's scary.

Yep. So, we get little rain. 10 inches where I live. Most of it is during winter but we haven't seen one in a while. Even during July, it was a light shower from the monsoon. :[
