So I just joined yesterday, and still getting the hang of things here. Bill came up to me yesterday saying he's going to move, and now he's in boxes. I'd love to give him to anyone with him as a dream villager. I'm not quite sure of the process, also since I've had this game for 5 days. ^_^

process = Person come to your town, they talk to Bill and tell him he can move to their town. Then when the person says they have convinced Bill they can either leave by the gate or you can end the session, by hitting start > end session.
