Like I said, I have nothing to spend them on...And yes, some hybrids took A LOT of time to grow, others not. I got exhausted after so much hybriding, right now when only the cosmos are left... so I'm buying them actually

Quite sure. I make plenty with Bell boom and Island bug and shark runs. And now that im on this forum I'm hoping to get some Turnip runs in as well.
Recently started hybridizing on my own. I got black roses pretty quickly and accidentally actually, Violets are being a pain though, i started with a group of 5 purple violets, since then it has grown into a field of probably around 30 or so (after clearing out out a couple times) I've gotten One blue violet out of the bunch everything else is still purple.
Im probably doing something wrong with that field but eh i cant be bothered to sink that much effort into it yet.

To get blue violets you have to MIX purples and whites
As far as I know, it works better in diagonal in New Leaf than in straight lines too, but mixing two blues (after you get another) will only give you more blues from then on (supposedly...). The hardest to grow for me were the purple tulips and purple violas.MysticDarkness13

Some hybrids are kinda easy to get, but others... There were times I wanted to hit myself because, I assure you, it felt like they were mocking at me and not hybriding on purpose!Thank you!
oh I know what you mean... I'm having the issue where every hybrid wants to be orange right now haha. They're just nicely placed in yer town.
