I once saw a demon when i was very little, I don't doubt it was there because it never went away. Back when i was in 2nd grade (around 6-7ish) I was trying to go to sleep in my bed when on the top of my dresser i (think i see, cant remember all the details) this black figure with evil red eyes, and a big wide Evil yellow smile. I tried ignoring it for a while, but I was still scared to death.

My Parents heard me talking to myself around 1:00am still unable to go to sleep, and they came and got me and brought me to their bed. As I first layed down, i looked to see if it had gone away. Turns out when my Parents entered my room, the thing seemed to just vanish.

Even with my parents I was still scared out of my wits enough to not fall asleep as easily. I tried going to sleep without looking around me, and finally I heard a noise after my parents were both asleep.

It was the shadowy figure squatting ontop of the large chest of drawers in my Parents room. Staring into it's eyes definitely freaked me out quite a bit...but what was even worse is that it never changed from that evil smile, and never stopped looking at me. Even though my parents had turned on a Bright Night Light on before they went to sleep, I could still see it, and I knew it was not fake. I finally fell asleep by turning away from it and burying my head into my pillow.

In the Morning the thing was gone, and the bright night light we had left on inside the room was still on...but the thing was not.
Thats pretty scary :wintergyroid:

I believe in ghosts, maybe this was just a error or something but once I was listen to my itunes and I looked away and it paused it's self I have never know it to do this before but when I went to press play the keyboard was so cold, ever tho I had been pressing it a second ago. It was probably nothing tho
One time, when I was 10, My dad came in to check on me, and then walked away. This man dressed in black with a red tie and red eyes walked into my doorway. He leaned against it and laughed. I tried to scream but my voice was gone. He said, "It's me!" and I thought something in my head and he said "I'll be back." But then he snarled at me and disappeared. This was no dream.

Eek. That's scarier than mine I think. < =O

I when was very little (about 3 or 4 years old) I was in my cot.
My mom heard me laughing so she got up to check on me. When she entered the room she saw a the ghost of a girl peering over my cot and tickling me. A few weeks later my sister was going up the stairs and she saw the ghost sitting on top of the stairs. She screamed her head off and my mom ran to her and she said it was the same ghost that was peering over my cot.
That was in our old house and we live in a different house now. Apparently the park which our old house was in was built on a graveyard. Our house must of been built on that girls grave. We asked the now owners of the house if they had seen anything strange. The reply was no.

Ghosts, like aliens, are a thing from Satan. He's trying to throw everyone off. If you want a good explanation of this: Watch the movie Unidentified, it's not a documentary, but it's really in depth.

Unidentified? Never heard of it, but it sounds interesting.

Is it like an old movie?

Yeah whenever I would think about ghosts or anything like that, I would always remember that dumb veggietales song that he's bigger than the Boogieman. :P

I know it's dumb, but it's still engraved in my mind even as an older kid. =I

reading through the rest of these stories, i remembered another one that my sister in law's sister told me...

when she was in her teens, she spent the night with some friends, and they had just watched the exorcist and were really scared. for those that have never really seen it, it's based off of a true story. the only thing majorly different about the movie compared to the real story was that the child that became demon possessed was actually a girl.

in the movie, this kid is looking around in his attic and finds an ouija board. ouija boards are something that most people generally stear clear of regardless of religion, because what happened in the exorcist the movie actually can happen to people. most of the time it happens to people that have recently done something like a seance, mess with one of these boards, or try to contact "the other side" or spirits in some way. so this kid finds one, plays with it, starts seeing this carefree "ghost" visit him some nights... but it becomes more and more aggressive and then what happened in the movie... happened.

so back to the story - they thought it would be cool to play with an ouija board (sounds like weejee board). for some reason, the girl she was staying the night with actually had one, so they got it and started messing with it.

at first my relative said it was just stupid fun, and they were blaming the little piece moving on everyone - but everyone was saying they weren't moving it, like always. one of them took their fingers off for a second, and it must have also stopped moving for a tiny pause because everyone else kind of laughed and took their hands off as well.

but the thing kept moving... with no one touching it. she said they all looked at each other like,"....." with this obviously scared expression... then they all ran back to their beds, kind of laughing nervoulsy. after they had quieted down, they realized... they could still hear it moving... all by itself...

it's basically "an innocent gameboard" (but you still won't see people messing with them) with the entire alphabet, "yes" and "no" at the top, 0-9 with numbers, and "goodbye" at the bottom. you have a tiny triangle piece chip that usually has a circle in the middle of it.

to "play" with one, you have to have 2+ people (i think) and all of the people involved put 2 fingers on the corners, or around the edge if there are more than 3 people. you take turns asking questions, and the triangle piece will move by itself and give you answers.

they're usually known as like the gateway to hell or something similar...
