Getting bored of new leaf

I've had times where I grew tired of it. I'd still play it daily but only for about half an hour. All I'd do was talk to my villagers for a bit, water any wilting flowers and then quit. Played other games for the rest. Eventually the craving to play ACNL came back. I think it's just something you get from playing it too much, lol.

Yeah that's actually true thou cause I remember the time I don't play it for like 5 months ik soo long soo looks like it's coming bck xD :0
 
I'm in "maintenance mode" myself right now as well. Log on, check flowers, find out if anyone's intending to move, save, quit for the day. :(

Sooner or later something will probably get you back into it! Either that or, well, maybe it's just time for a new game... no game stays interesting forever, after all.

Yeah ur So right , tbh I don't I want to find another game lol I might as well give the Nintendo
 
Today I got bored so I went to the Island.A 10 year old girl asked my age and I said "72".She called me an old hag.lol.Not to meantion some other really bad words.I gave her a hard time.(nothing bad really).Then I told her she was a funny girl.This made her change her attitude and she wanted to be friends.lol.Maybe I'm strange, but I find this sort of thing entertaining.

I guess my point is....Never mind, theres no point.

I would just take a break for a while.Maybe you will feel differently in a month or so.
 
I know what you mean, I go through phases. Like someone else on this board said once, it's Chore Crossings. Note the date/time and take a break if you have to.

for some reason when i hear about people getting bored of the game i feel a little sad

when im bored i go to the island or visit other people's towns

If you're bored you should take a break. I stopped playing for three months and now I'm enjoying it again.
 
I have phases like everyone else, but I get interested again when I see pictures of other people's beautiful towns that inspires me to do something new with my town. (it can't be anything TOO beautiful though, it needs to seem achievable lol)

I just power through it and see that nobody wants to move every day until I get interested again, but this was when I didn't realize how you could take a break without losing anyone (by making a note of the date and setting the clock back to the same day when you come back). That's why I like being on this forum and in AC communities in general, it keeps it interesting when I feel like there's nothing to do. But it can also feel good to just not bother and take a break for a while.
