I'm having a really hard time getting a perfect town. Isabelle keeps telling me I need pwps even though I have a lot already. I am assuming it's because my town is a forest. I really don't want to remove any trees. My town is however covered in flowers too, would that be part of the problem also? I kno I should probably build more pwps but I think that would feel cluttered.

Flowers count toward your nature rating, but they never count against you for having too many.

Would it help if I built a pwp that counts against nature like the drilling rig? Would that balance it out or make it worse?

If you just want the golden watering can and items unlocked build some PWP to make her happy. Keep it that way and once you get the golden watering can remove the PWP and replace the trees that got removed. You wouldn't get Jacob's Ladder once it goes back.

i heard certain pwps increase town rating. i think the windmill and lighthouse are a couple.

Yeah if you have been trying for a long time now I would just create cheaper pwps and ones that dont take up much space, like benches(but make sure they aren't the ones that lower your town rating), and then take them down later and replace them with trees.

If she asks you to build more PWP, you probably should. I had the same problem, I already had 15 some pwps up and she kept asking for more, but in the end, it was worth sacrificing the space I had left for the perfect town rating. You could search up the pwps that give you better satisfaction ratings.

You know i have been having the same problem, but i have the max amount of pwp and isabell still keeps telling me i need more. I don't get it :(

To get the Perfect Town:

? You can repeat a Public Works Project?like have three or four Yellow Benches spread out; have five or six Street Lights. As long as you get 10 Public Works Projects.

? I think the game wants you to have 75 flowers. As for trees?I don?t recall exactly; but, it may be 110. (I figure between 13 fruits, including beach ones for coconut and banana, to just drive up their numbers. I typically would plant them around villagers?s houses.

This can come sooner than you may expect.

• Also: Make sure you don’t have too much in the ground—like six items—which would register as garbage.

I like to have baskets of Perfect Fruit for any villager requests—and for a Dream Town. (Be mindful of the count.)

Do you have PWPs like drilling rig and trash can? Because those PWPs do not help you get to perfect town. Instead, they get you further away from it. If you don't have those, consider building a cafe? Because I remember i had the same problem I nice like you until i built the cafe and then next thing i know is that i got the perfect town rating.

I have the cafe, police station, hammock, water well, fountain, resetti, stonehedge, lighthouse, geyser, that stone fossil thing, water pump, campsite, park clock, bonfire, log bench, and two streetlights. Lol

Okay so I built a moai statue and a hot spring. I removed over half of my flowers. Isabelle still wants more pwps.
