Did you just change to "cloud" or "_The Cloud"? I'm know you're probably just shortening it, but I gotta ask in case that this is it.

Ahhh... I thought it was like the Best Buy stuff, which seemed to work worldwide? And yeah, I used it correctly named, and as the only connection on my DS. What a bummer!

If you reside in EU, you CANNOT aquire the NA DLC & vice versa- the ONLY way is to trade w/ a person from that other region. Good luck!

They're region *and* IP locked. So you can only get the Best Buy items if you are physically in North America and have the North American game. You can only get the European items if you are physically in Europe and have the European game.
