I noticed I have gems in addition to bells now. What are gems? Do you just get them by posting, or some other way? What are gems used for?

Basically, you get them the same way you get bells(?), then donate them to an NPC user named Drago. Once Drago has enough gems, we potentially get cooler collectibles at the end of the event
