12/22// I'm now accepting IGB as payment, as of I have too many TBT than I know what to do with right now haha. I will still accept TBT too. They will both be given as an option when the adoption post is posted as well as on the front page villager list. It'll mostly be 10m = 100 TBT conversion, but not always.

Read everything if you are planning on lurking or reserving. You'll likely be ignored if you are not following any of these rules.

Spoiler: basics

• Villagers will be sold or given away decided by me.
• Only TBT payments accepted at this time.
• Most villagers will be 100% original, though there's not much I can do if they come from a visitor's void. I likely won't be checking on the villager's originality, but if you're concerned with how original they are, just ask and I'll let you know.
• Cycle town: Corona, Main town: Golden. FC is under my avatar.
• Do not send the adoption fee (different from the reservation fee) until I've replied to you. If I am offline, I obviously cannot give you the villager. You'll have to wait until I'm online, or you can reserve the villager if you want to guarantee that you have them.
• Please have room for the villager when claiming. I'm willing to hold them until the designated voiding time. Please reserve if you need to make room for them.

Spoiler: lurking

• Lurking is 100% allowed, encouraged, and appreciated!
• Please just reply with who you're looking for, and if they move in, I'll let you know!
• Once they're in boxes, I'll post a VM or PM 10-15 minutes before posting on the thread for first come, first serve so you have a good chance at claiming them first!
• However, please do not reply saying "I'm lurking for all the dreamies in my sig", please respond with ~4 villagers you are looking for, and I'll keep an eye on them for you.
• Lurking doesn't give you first dibs on the villager, for that you must reserve the villager. You still have to claim them first on this thread after the adoption post is listed.
• Lastly the lurkers will be cleared every so often, so please keep up with the thread if you continue to lurk for someone for an extended period of time.

Spoiler: reservations

• Reservations are able to be made for any of the villagers listed unless already reserved.
• Reservations will be 30 TBT.
• The reservation will be held for 2 days (after they are in boxes).
• I really hate to have to hold villagers on the weekend, so please be available then. If not, I understand, but I'd like to avoid it if at all possible.
• Reservations can also be made after the villager is in boxes. There are two reasons why you'd do this: 1) you don't have room or 2) i'm offline and you really want the villager and aren't sure if you'll be online when I am.
• If after the two days have passed and you have not claimed your villager, they will be put up for first come, first serve in the thread; and the 30 TBT will not be returned.
• You can cancel your reservation anytime before they are in boxes; with a refund.
• To reserve, simply reply here saying who you're reserving and send the TBT payment.
• The reservation will not count until you send the TBT payment. Even if you reply to the thread asking to reserve them. The first person to send the 30 TBT payment will get the reservation. Should someone pay the fee while I'm offline and you pay afterwards, you will be refunded.
• Lastly, the reservation fee is not the same as the adoption fee. You will pay 30 TBT to reserve them, plus their adoption fee at the time of adoption (or you can pre-pay for them, it's completely up to you). [For example: You want to reserve Apple who's adoption fee is 150 TBT, you'd pay 30 TBT to reserve her + 150 TBT at the time of the adoption.]
