Gas Prices

Anyone else have a problem with them? For someone that has to pay for their own gas, it's pretty ridiculous. It's about $4.00 per gallon here. For an 18 gallon tank (what I have) that's about $72. I still say, as I always will until we do it, we should drill here. We need to.

They're thinking of implementing these wireless electric charging pads into roads, specifically at traffic lights and parking lots. These will charge electric cars that drive over the top of them wirelessly, effectively making it impossible to run out of electricity in your electric car.

If this happens, screw gas prices XD

Though saying that, there would probably be some tracking chip in your car that these charging pads can detect and you'll be sent bills every month depending how much you charged. Probably less than gas prices though.

Instead of drilling, cars should be going greener. Whether it be electric or just have very good miles to gallon. But do we really need another situation that could lead to an oil spill?

I know when I get a car I'm going to try to drive only when necessary (job, maybe major grocery shopping) where I'm at food stores are in a 7 minute walking distance.

also, on the drive today, i totally remembered that i thought of this system in kindergarten.
only mine used magic barcodes that gave magic energy to the cars to go.
seemed like a good plan at the time.

This why I have to live in a city where driving is not needed. I hate driving (okay, I've never actually driven before, but I've ridden in cars before) for many reasons, and I won't be paying that much money for gas. I will get my license though, just incase I'm ever in a situation where I need to know how to drive. But I'll never buy a car unless I find that later in life I need one.

?.? Stop trying to sound smart. Gas (in the term we're talking about) is short for gasoline which is otherwise known as petrol. You're in the wrong here. /fail
