Buying Gardening supplies

I'm looking for some gardening things to decorate my town with. I'll pay either TBT or IGB for these!

What I'm looking for:
A single blue rose
Pink and purple roses
Pink and orange cosmos
Orange and purple tulips
Orange-red and purple pansies
Tree saplings (any!)
Bush shoots (hibiscus included!)
Fertilizer
Silver axes

How much fertilizer and silver axes do you need? I have plenty laying around.
