I was thinking about what kind of new plants they could add in this game. Personally, I think it's very likely they will add birch trees since they are featured in Pocket Camp. It would seem like a waste of a model if they are simply confined to a mobile app. Perhaps they could also add cacti as a new tree and bush type, which would bear flowers at a certain time of year.
I think aquatic gardening could be really interesting. In the gardening center, you can purchase plant seeds like cattails or lotuses, which you can plant in any pond. I think this could make ponds a lot more desirable, as a lot of players see them as an annoying obstacle.
Something I see as relatively unlikely, though still interesting, is the ability to choose the species of your town tree. One player could have a towering spruce tree, while another could have a giant palm tree. I think it would make plazas a lot more varied between towns.
