Selling Garage sale in my town! (CLEARANCE PLS)

Okay guys I have a crap ton of stuff laying about in my town and I need it gone ASAP!
Heres how it works:
You come to my town and look around at the stuff laying on the ground, everything is for sale.
TBT ONLY

Rules:
Please please please don't run I have flowers around and I'll get really upset if they get run over.
Don't steal please :l I'll flick the switch if I catch you stealing and delete your friend code.
Don't be afraid to ask if I have something specific! I hoard lots of things so I might just have the item you're looking for.
Places with items are the beach, museum store rooms, my town square.
I have hybrids for sale as well on the beach just ask because I breed them.
Ask how much something is before taking it. I expect you to send the tbt when we have agreed on the purchase.
Don't take the items on my path they are for decoration. Feel free to dig up the bamboo thats growing on the paths //they are literally a pain in the butt//

And thats all! Sorry for the long list of rules ! Leave your FC, town name and mayor name below if interested! Also if you read the rules please write poop somewhere in your post

Okay Prices:
All unorderables will be 10TBT
Hybrids will be 3TBT each and Bushes/saplings will be 4tbt each
orderables will be 1 tbt each

Yes! I actually have the whole zodiac bobblehead set laying down beside the police station! And unorderables are all hoarded in the museum storerooms :3
