Game wants to link to Nintendo account...again.

My friend has ceen playing PC since Day 1 and plays every day. She played earlier today. Now, when she when to play again, the game asked if she wanted to link to a Nintendo Account. It has been linked all along. We are unsure what she should do and are worried about losing data.

I posted the note above with my friend kind of in a panic. Once we thought it through, I suggested she restart her phone. On the second restart, PC opened the way it normally does.
