Sig proof is perfect (especially yours because I'd rather that than text) and I'm only looking at the number rating not that percentage. I might make the requirement around 5. I'm doing this because I'd rather have someone with some experience on him adopt him for free rather than someone that has just joined this site. I might take join date under consideration too. (Sorry I'm rambling on) XD
