Your 10th villager can ping to move out!

I think this may be a subtle change with the update.
Yes, it was always possible before, but it used to be very rare.

My 10th villager has pinged twice - 2 different towns - both in the last week.

Both villagers came from Amiibo cards.

If you had a 10th villager ping to leave, or maybe they aren't pinging, please add your experience!

I know - as did I - but Ive seen a few threads with people claiming that the 10th villager will not or very rarely ping to move out.

It happened to me twice in 24 hours in 2 towns so I thought I would share with others.

Wait I thought the amiibo card villagers had a lower chance of wanting to move out, if at all. I kept hearing that they never asked to move.

Yeah, I think it also happened to me with Epona. She asked to move out two weeks after moving her in as 10th. I have a feeling it only happens if you scan that villager through amiibo and the rest of your villagers are mostly from amiibo.

I'm still not convinced that the 10th will move out if they came in naturally.
