While there are evidence in the datamine, it's best to consider these rumors.

So far, some evidence points to Brewster/Cafe, the Dream Suite and a museum expansion for dive-exclusive critters.

When I designed my island, I already considered the possibility of future expansions. That's why there are so many empty spaces.

I've heard about Brewster but the Dream Suite :O That would be amazing!

Ninji, the dataminer himself, doesn't guarantee it 100%, but there are indeed data that points to it.

Personally, I'd love to visit other islands, both for fun and for inspiration.

While I never used the dream suite much myself in NL, I know there's a bunch of really creative people who have amazing islands and stories. I'll never forget that Aika Village one in NL

This is pretty much the reason why I hadn’t finished my island layout yet because in the possible future updates, there might be more buildings. I can’t wait for the cafe to return though

Oh yes. Aika is very memorable. I've seen several horror-inspired islands on Youtube and I would love to visit those personally.

I'm not a horror person myself but watching other people go through them on Youtube is my preferred route haha if the Dream Suite can let people do that, I'm all up for it!

I think a Dream Suite would happen because Nintendo and “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” want game-players to make a lot of use of the Internet.

The game’s design team knows there are people who artistic and/or creative. So, for anyone with an island he/she wants to show off—you can’t rely only on hosting visitors; you gotta be able to set up a Dream Address.

Now, if I turn out to be wrong—those who think “New Leaf” is superior to “New Horizon” will be proven right just with this one important example.

I believe the data miner who was right about the Earth Day update and said we would be getting a café building, but I would also really, really like and hope to see a police station again. I miss Copper so much. Even though I'm not sure what their purpose in ACNH would be.
