Furniture sets

What do you usually collect? Do you put different sets in each room? (I feel like I wanna do that but then I want my house to match at the same time urjgkfslga)

At the moment I have different sets for each room, in my main room I have mermaid theme, my back room is balloon theme, upstairs is alpine theme and my other room I am trying to collect the lovely furniture. I reckon I am going to try and make it the whole house mermaid theme when I finish renovating and paying off my home loan for good.

I've got the Balloon them in my main room and am currently collecting the Mermaid theme for my upstairs room (still need a couple things). Not sure what other themes to go for yet.

Currently I'm mixing two series in every room, and customizing them to fit together. I have: The 'Black Robot' Robo series with the Mad Scientist theme upstairs; The 'Gothic Yellow' Rococo and 'Dark Wood' Alpine in the left room; And the 'Simple' Modern Wood along with the Modern series. I want to use the Sleek series also, but I'm not sure what to pair it with. I might swap out the Modern Wood furniture with Sleek ones, then perhaps Cabin or Ranch with the Modern Wood? Just keep on experimenting with what you like and don't like, and you'll eventually find a style suited to your home.

My main room has the Mermaid furniture, left room is the kitchen/bathroom with a lot of Alpine furniture, upstairs is the bedroom with the Rococo set, right room has the 7-11 set and the backroom will soon have the Princess set. :3
Not sure what I'm going to be doing with the basement, I was thinking about making it into a cafe so I don't know what furniture to put in that.. c:

Well, some of my houses are more complete than others. My scifi house is the furthest along and my scary house is probably the least.

I'm going to try for the theme challenge for my main house so it's a puzzler of which theme to go for. I want that gold exterior.

I have about 6 pieces of Rococo Furniture in my main room.

I just started, so it's all a mess at the moment. I plan on having one of the rooms as an office, though.

I always use the ranch set, it is my favourite one, since the first AC I played. Right now I am collection Astro and Sleek as well. Besides that i also want the stuff you can't re-order such as the sloppy and Cart board series.
