The UFO item always makes sound, and has an alien pop out!

Newton's Cradle when you activate it makes constant sounds. There are some clocks where you can hear the ticking too!

The teacup has a little song that plays constantly when you turn it on as well. Washing machine/dryer stays on, and you can just about hear the gas cooker when it's turned on too.
