furniture colors question

do the nooks actually sell different colors of furniture? bc i have been trying to make a cute diner kitchen and cannot get any colors in the shop besides cream...i dont want cream ;A; i v rarely see different colors of stuff i already have in the shop its so irritating

Yes, furniture can be sold in multiple colors, but it's kind of hard to get what you're looking for, since the Nooklings sell only a few pieces of furniture a day, and the game pulls from a huge variety of furniture they can possibly sell, which is frustrating. If you have friends who might have the furniture and color you're looking for, you guys might be able to trade, order for one another, gift, etc. to help with catalog completion and to help you with getting the diner look you're looking for.
