When running a short auction like this it's a good idea to wait until a bid is uncontested for a few minutes before closing it.
That way it isn't any debate as to who gets it, plus you make more as the seller!

And it isn't my decision to make, but as a viewer it looks to me like rayquaza got his bid in on time, so unless the seller decides not to accept his bid, he wins.

IF that's the case and the seller decides not to sell it to rayquaza, then PN1533 wins. Sorry Jammin but that's just the way these things work, better luck next time.
